I love the size of this thing! It’s massive, and soooo easy to put together. It doesn’t mention how you could easily adjust it to smaller sizes and have up to two medium sized play pens. I use one for inside and one outside. You’ll need some type of weight for the sliding of the gate, but besides that I would recommend it to anyone.

Just as promised. Light but heavy duty. The hinges could use a little more support so it doesn't shake but I can handle it. Overall I love it and my dad was impressed as well.

very easy to assemble, very durable and sturdy. we have used it outside and inside, no rust issues. when my dog jumps the pen stands up with no issues.

I like the size and maneuverability of the cage. Separation is great for locking out areas. The locking rods could be thicker. They bend easily but over all it’s a good product and nice size.

This has been one of the best purchases! I do not recommend it for large dogs that may jump up on it, but for my 7 pound dog, it has been the perfect fence around our porch area! Now we can leave the back door open and not worry about her running off! And...it looks great!!

As easy as 1,2,3 put together the Material is strong this item is for puppies and small dogs not a Great Dane lol. Anyway just like the ones in Walmart you can’t expect it to be perfect there was a few parts chipping nevertheless Well built strong sturdy and a great purchase for our little Benita “THE PUG”

We got this play pen originally to use for our two bunnies when we’re out of the room. However, we ended up using some panels as a gate and some to block off other areas of our living room. It was very easy to install and we still have extra panels. The height is great because a bunny (or small dog) cannot jump over and the spacing is too small for them to get through. Very happy with this purchase.

I actually bought this to put a fence around my garden since the pups were eating the tomatoes or digging the garden bed.

My backyard is on a slope, and I was worry that the dog pen will be unstable. Fortunately, it appears to be nice and sturdy. I put it up all by myself in 20 minutes, it's got easy to read instructions, and basically only 2 types of materials. After the "construction", I shook it pretty hard, and the pieces stay at the same place. I'm picking my German Shepherd puppy from the breeder this Wednesday, now it saves me the hassle on fixing the old fence. Door latch with a turning design is so useful, so smart dogs like GSD cannot escape from the pen easily with their paws gliding the latch sideways. So far so good.

The price is a bit high

Absolutely the best and I've tried several similar dog containments. We raise mini dachshunds and others we have tried have a slot or two where they can squeeze through or they are taller than 24" (which is not needed) and it's hard to step over to change the potty pads, etc. I about fell over when I stood back to examine the area all set up. It is very sturdy, it's huge, and even though I purchase many items from Groupon, etc.,, this is by far the best deal around.

My folks are getting older and needed to find a way let their dog "do his business" without requiring that they take him out every time. My dad didn't want to fence in the whole yard. At first we tried a small pen we had lying around, but it was too confined an area and the dog would just turn back around and go inside. Then we tried an electronic fence, but that became a lot more complicated than we had anticipated. So I found this and it seemed it might be the solution. It was relatively easy to set up, although on uneven parts of the lawn, lining up the stakes took a bit of effort. Because we were creating a U-shape from wall to wall, rather than looping it into a circle, we found ourselves shy a couple of stakes. I wrote the company and they were kind enough to send out spares relatively quickly. It took a bit of patience to get the dog to become accustomed to using the new doggie door and letting himself out, but it seems we may finally have a solution to what seemed like an untrainable dog! Good vendor, good product. Very pleased.

I read the 1-3 star reviews before purchasing. It arrived earlier today. I just finished setting it up and let my 3 month old puppy try it out. She loves it.
Let's get down to the basics.
Reviewer says: It's too short.
The description does say 24 inches tall. It's for small dogs. I knew that. And if my puppy happens to clear the top rail, I'll add something to deter it from happening again.
Reviewer says: It Rusts and Gets Dull After Several Months.
So hit it with some anti-rust paint, and reassemble once dry. That's what I'm going to do.
Reviewer says: The pins bend after disassembly and reassembly.
Maybe for you, but my yard is riddled with mole tunnels. With very little effort, I sunk a pin all the way down into the ground easier than a knife cutting butter. But if you have normal or clay hard dirt, run out to the hardware store and get some very long nails or something. I'm sure a clerk can offer a solution.
Reviewer says: The gates are designed poorly and fail to remain shut.
I've not seen an issue. Maybe you installed it backwards. Have the edge rings on the inside, all around. But, if it becomes an issue for me, I'll fasten a gate lock. But, to be honest, I'll probably just use a bungee cord. Hey, this is only a 2 foot fence anyway. Make the gates permanently locked with zip ties. It's not like you can't step over the fence.
I bought this for based on 2 things.
#1 It's cheaper than fencing in a section of yard.
#2 It serves the basic function of giving my puppy a little space to play while I'm outside.
I wouldn't let my puppy remain in the area unmonitored. I know the fence doesn't sit flush to the ground. I know that dogs like to dig. And I know they like to jump. That said, it's a safe space for my puppy.
Here's how I look at it.
The cost to fence in my yard ($1300+) if I did it is too high, and I can't do it alone, nor do I even have the equipment or the experience.
Hiring a fence company to install a fence ($3500) is a solution, but that price.
Buying this cheap metal fence ($133) and modding it to fit my needs.
Seriously, what do you expect for a fence that costs less than $150. And from a woodworking stand point, this has far more possibilities.
There are only two reasons I can think of as to why someone might give less than 3 stars for this product.
#1 Didn't get all the pieces.
#2 Product was bent.
Aside from that, this is a 5-Star product.
And mine came in great condition with all the parts. It even came with lots of bubble wrap for hours of entertainment.
This was super easy to assemble. And while the picture makes it look bigger than it is, it's big enough for my puppy.
Update: Add a thick ziptie to the hinge of the gate. If you're not dense, you might be able to get it right the first time. Fence has 2 gates. Why? Who knows. I personally don't use the gates. Remember, its only 2 feet tall. You can step over it. You can just reach down and grab your pet. That's what I do.
